Aecyst New Song and Video This Friday - The Voices

After a long wait, New song is almost finished.

The final song to tie up Taken and Phasing is almost here.

This is the Aecyst new song, The Voices, and it is almost here.

It has been a crazy two years of new equipment, new software, plugins and relearning how to listen to music and mix again.

I had suffered an injury from working on a project for client in the interim between these releases.

I suffered hearing loss, hearing damage, tinnitus, vertigo and double vision.

It has truly been a challenge to overcome these obstacles as well as gain control of my returning manic depression from the incident.

I thought all was lost and had quit for a long time.

I am back and will work as hard as I can to deliver new songs and new interesting soundscapes for my fans.

This is the first track I have written, recorded, mixed and mastered since the incident that took away my ability to work on music normally.

It has been a challenge filled with pain and frustration.

We must overcome everything we can in life to achieve our goals and live out our dreams.

End of the Trilogy

The new song and video for will sum up the journey of a tortured soul moving through the stages of manic depression.

In Taken, The soul gets influenced and sucked in by outside negativity and self doubt.

In Phasing they must deal with toxic relationships and find a way back to the surface of their own mind and self.

Finally reaching the boiling point, They have to make a choice between the voices in their head and reality.

Only the closing chords can let us know what choice has been made.

New Horizons

Living through this experience for many years as a manic depressive and dealing with toxic people trying to keep me down and use my talents and ideas for themselves.

I have finally broke free and I am returning to my original state of creating and exploring the beautiful world of art.
